Creating a chart:
Use this website Jackson Weather Data

1. Copy the Data from January - March (you may have to re-type)
2. Use the find and replace option to remove all of the degree marks (°)
3. Use the find and replace option to remove all of the in markers
4. Click on the Chart Tool from the tool bar
5. Select only the Winter months for a chart
6. Select a Bar Chart
7. Use the customize
8. Add an appropriate title.
